This is my favorite picture. The heads are right in the center, faces away from the camera and Baby A's head is on top on Baby B. Their little bodies are opposite of each other so they are laying cheek to cheek.
This picture is similar to the picture I seen when I thought the lab tech was joking. It's the tops of their little heads. The squiggly line in the center is the membrane, which is a good thing. Still not sure on identical or fraternal, yet though.
Baby A's Profile picture. In the video, you could see his little mouth move. Too cute! Well, for an ultrasound picture. To tell you the truth, babies in ultrasound pictures look to me like little aliens.I guess I have read way too many Stephen King books!
And last but certainly not least is Baby B. He was on the bottom, so a good profile picture of him was almost impossible so please bear with me. This is the best one we got. However, it sounds like we will have lots of pictures before he comes into the world, so hopefully better luck next time.
He is facing downward. You can see his perfect little spine!
You can't tell I am not proud of the little munchkins! I could look at these pictures over and over again and I still can't believe that we are having twins. But it is nice to know that there isn't one REALLY busy baby kicking me on one side then jumping to the other side and kicking me there. I really thought I was going to have another baby busier than Sam was! Oh, crap, I guess I could have two busier than Sam! I've got to go put my head between my legs. I'm feeling a little lightheaded!
Those are some great pictures of the boys! You know they are going to be day and night....one will be a busybody and the other will be so mellow and laid back....that's my wishing and praying for you at least! Please, at least one mellow one! :)
ReplyDeleteThat is so awesome! Those are great pictures too. I LOVE the first one as well. Cheek to cheek - awe so cute.
ReplyDeleteIt will be so fun to see if they are identical or not. Either way, you will have 3 different little boys!
Congratulations!! How exciting! You are going to be one great momma to those baby boys! I am so happy for you guys!
ReplyDeleteWell, Reid was the one that broke the news to me, he said Ms. Hulet told him. I had to check your blog to be sure! I can't believe you didn't say anything at the wrestling tournament, you knew before then didn't you? Congratulations, that is amazing. Now they will have each other to play with and Sam to boss them around and keep them in line, cause he's always in line, right?? :) I am so happy for you!! I can't wait to hear how things progress and the names you decide on. And I cannot believe that you have two babies in that tiny belly!!
ReplyDeleteYou're having twins!!!! Oh my heavens...the last time I checked your blog, you were announcing your pregnancy! I am so thrilled and happy for you. LOVE those ultrasound pictures by the way! How cool is that?!? Oh my, I am just grinning from ear to ear right now!!! I know Kirsti and I would love to do something for your family at Sending Smiles. What do you need? We could do a onsie drive, a twin boy clothes drive.....a diaper drive even! You name it girl and we'll be here for ya!!! Congratulations!!! If you happen to hear a big YIPPEEEE from Idaho Falls today, it will be me! ;O)
