Fishin’

For those who know us, you know what obsessive fishermen Blaine & I are and that Sam HATES it! I am totally crushed that we can have such a boy's boy and that unless the fishing pole is attached to an excavator, he could care less. So this summer when Sam was spending time with his grandparents in Rupert, I took Jade fishing to Connie's Pond. I thought that I might have a chance with that one and woohoo, he isa fan! Jade loves, loves it! We caught 4 fish in a matter of minutes. I would hook them and he would reel them in. We had to take it to Grandpa Big and to Grandma Tammie's to show them and he even wanted to take them to Driggs to show Grandma and Grandpa Zohner.

Since that day, he has begged to go fishing with just him & I and he says that we can leave Sam with a babysitter, which Sam is great with! I am so glad that at least I have someone to take fishing with me. Sam, you are missing out!
