My sickies

There were two very sick little boys lounging around my house yesterday. Poor Sam & Jade both have horrible colds for Christmas! Gosh dang it! They laid around all day long with fevers, coughing and the occasional throwing up. All they could say was,"Momma, I don't want to be sick for Christmas!" and then they would cry and want to huggle.

My sensitive little Sam was concerned about getting Santa sick and asked if he could come another night.I told him that Santa was superpower tough and he didn't get sick but I am pretty sure he doesn't believe me because he keeps spraying Lysol everywhere he goes.


Since there are going to be little babies around at Kent & Ava's, we have decided that we are going to stay home tonight.This will be the first Christmas Eve that I have ever stayed home for. I always thought that it might be relaxing but now that I am staying home, I am really sad. I'm trying to figure out what we could do that would be fun but other than playing games and watching movies, I am stumped. Hopefully, Sam will enjoy whatever we do.
